Better Rules for Government Discovery Report
From late January 2018, the Service Innovation Lab (LabPlus) facilitated a cross-agency and multidisciplinary team in a 3 week Discovery Sprint exploring the challenges and opportunities of developing human and machine consumable legislation for effective and efficient service delivery.
This report details the findings from the discovery sprint and outlines an approach to the policy development and implementation process that generates a core and common understanding across disciplines, which can be iteratively refined at each stage to provide consistency across the whole process.
