Liverton Security can help you use the portal and give you advice on making DNS changes. There is no charge for this.
If you need urgent support or manual changes outside of business hours, Liverton Security will charge your organisation directly at an hourly rate of $145 and at a fixed rate of $12 for each change.
Liverton Security will ask for your security question to authenticate your identity. If they can't authenticate your identity, you'll be referred to the DIA.
If your agency has access to the DNS management portal, you can make your own changes 24/7. Get in touch with the DNS service if your agency hasn’t already signed up.
