Emergency support is available from Modica over this period, but only urgent changes will be processed manually. Changes can be made via the self-service management portal as usual.

The portal user guide covers how to create accounts and manage your domain names.
The Modica Customer Support Centre can also help you use the portal and give you advice on making DNS changes. There is no charge for this.
If you want the Support Centre to make the changes for you, Modica will charge your organisation directly at a fixed rate of $12.50 for each change.
If you need urgent support or changes outside of business hours, Modica will charge your organisation directly at an hourly rate of $150 and at a fixed rate of $12.50 for each change.

The Support Centre will ask you a number of security questions to authenticate your identity. If they can't authenticate your identity, they will refer you to the Department of Internal Affairs.
