We’re proud to be working with 26 government teams across 10 central agencies to make it easier for New Zealand businesses to provide information to government.
Our forms help businesses clearly understand what information is required, so they can get it right the first time. Forms are easy to use and cannot be submitted until all required information is completed. This improves compliance, delivers higher‑quality data, speeds up processing, and increases overall efficiency.
case study: SIA Regional Data Explorer feedback form
The Social Investment Agency (SIA) needed a secure and compliant way to collect online feedback for their Regional Data Explorer. Existing tools were unsuitable due to network restrictions and compliance requirements.
Using FormBuilder.govt, SIA created a simple feedback form that could be reached from their website without the need to login or authenticate. With support from the team, they quickly built and published their first form while learning how to manage it themselves.
The entire process, from setup to going live, was completed quickly and at no cost to the agency.
SIA can now collect feedback digitally, improving accessibility and reducing manual effort.
They’ve since created additional forms and are continuing to expand their use of FormBuilder.
