Elena Higgison is a Principal Advisor Digital Government at DIA. Elena joined the Government’s Chief Digital Office (GCDO) after a 3-year stint running start-up programmes at Callaghan Innovation aimed at supporting NZ’s innovation ecosystem.
Elena has held a number of senior policy analyst and advisor roles in government. She's currently focussing her energy towards redesigning government for a digital world.
