Emma is the Policy, Standards and Regulation Lead for the Digital Identity Transition Programme. Her experience working on complex policy projects with multiple stakeholders in New Zealand and Europe puts her in a great position to lead the development of the Digital Identity Trust Framework for New Zealand.
