Naomi McNae is a Senior Service Designer in the Te Pou Manawa (Partners and Products) team at the Department of Internal Affairs. She is focused on understanding the contexts and experiences of people so that services and products can be designed with this in mind from the start. Recently, Naomi has become very passionate about universal design — the idea that if you design for those people who struggle the most, everyone benefits.
