You choose the service and level of delivery you require and have the ability to integrate cross-government common capabilities and specialist third party services.

Datacom, Fujitsu and Gen-i are contracted to provide ITMS to government agencies.
The service provider acts as your operations manager, allocating service delivery personnel and support teams to meet your agency’s ITMS requirements.
ITMS supports a multi-vendor environment, integrating specialist technology providers into a common service framework.
ITMS is designed to assist agencies in planning future roadmaps, increasing the maturity of IT services and aligning IT services to business outcomes.
