Accessible Digital Government Services for New Zealand

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) commissioned research into the accessibility of digital Government services as part of its Service Modernisation Roadmap. The goal was to gather evidence to help update the Digital Service Design Standard (DSDS) and create a new Digital Accessibility Standard (DAS). This report was written by Ackama and presented to the Department of Internal Affairs on 8 August 2025.

On a Windows, macOS or Linux computer:

  2. Look for the ‘Save as PDF’ option. It may be in the Destination or Printer areas.
  3. Choose ‘Save as PDF’ and click Save. You’ll need to give it a name and choose where to save it to.
